Chef's tip

How do you get the grapefruit juice to feature more in the mocktail recipe ?

To accentuate the flavour of the grapefruit, simply use the zest as well as the juice. This adds a balanced touch of bitterness which enhances the taste of the fruit.

Don’t forget the garnish for your glass. Whether it’s a slice of grapefruit, a sprig of rosemary or a mint leaf, it adds an aesthetic touch and enhances the flavours of your mocktail.
